I live at the messy intersection of ideas and execution — where vision collides with reality and a bit of stubbornness fills in the gaps. I’m fascinated by what gets built in that friction zone: part ambition, part grit, and just enough delusion to stay dangerous.

What makes some ideas take off while others fade ? How do founders transform a spark of inspiration into something that actually scales?

These questions pulled me into a career in startups and investing, during which I’ve backed bold founders and built platforms that help them launch, scale, and access the right networks.

My work? Designing the structures — programs, communities, and systems — that turn “wouldn’t it be cool if…” into “holy sh*t, we actually did it.”

Big ideas are everywhere. Turning them into something real and enduring? That’s the fun part.

Every great idea starts in flux: evolving, unpredictable, and occasionally veering into a mild existential crisis before finding its footing.

Think of this as my brain’s R&D lab. A space where big ideas stretch their legs, trip over their own ambition, and every so often, make it out into the world.

    A high-intensity, immersive experience where high school students go from idea to startup in 48 hours 🚀

    You’ll learn to think on your feet, build under pressure, and pitch with purpose while surrounded by a cohort of sharp, curious teens who aren’t waiting for permission to bet on themselves.

    You’ll get real-world reps using AI, hands-on practice thinking like a founder, and maybe even walk away with your first investor cheques (plus bragging rights your GPA can’t measure).

Past Adventures

  • At Republic, I drove ecosystem growth, scaling founder and investor networks through strategic partnerships with teams at Justworks, Carta, Barclays, and more.

    I also ran the Venture Fellows & Associates Program, a 5-week sprint to help undergrads, MBAs, and mid-career operators break into VC. We covered everything from diligence and valuation to brand-building, with speakers like Hunter Walk (Homebrew), Rebecca Kaden (USV), and Turner Novak (Banana Capital) fueling the conversation.

    Along the way, I saw how the right mix of structure, access, and energy can turn a group of curious outsiders into a thriving community of investors, operators, and future venture leaders.

    Added bonus: I can now explain a SAFE note without breaking a sweat and, against all odds, enjoy 3 AM Slack messages about term sheets. (It’s a phase. I think.)

  • I grew and nurtured a 25K+ strong community of women founders and investors, building an ecosystem where ambition had space to grow and get funded.

    No posturing; just high-signal, tactical events (30+ with over 200 attendees on average), actionable content (40 newsletter editions with 3x open rates), and meaningful introductions that led to real deals.

    I also explored growth and monetization opportunities through research, frameworks, and a lot of iteration.

    I gained an eye for how trust, relevance, and timing compound — and how the right environment, intentional energy, and yes, well-deployed snacks get people in the room and give them a reason to stay.

    I walked away with firm conviction that espresso and mutual respect are what really hold a community together.

  • I designed accelerator initiatives, ran ops, built a pipeline of 500+ applicants, and supported diligence to identify high-potential founders building in education, workforce innovation, and the future of work.

    Beyond funding, I helped build the scaffolding: a network of mentors, investors, and early customers to give founders the traction they need to grow.

    I was also part of gener8tor’s 5th Year Program as a Venture Resident, during which I built and launched new products on a five-week sprint (a crash course in doing fast, thoughtful work with zero room for noise).

    My biggest learning: if you can ship something useful every week, you can do pretty much anything (except maybe describe your job at a dinner party). 

    The best part? I can now build a product, rework the pitch deck, and wrangle a demo link before lunch...all while pretending the pivot was always part of the plan.

  • At MoVi, I stepped into a new kind of challenge: supporting leadership on strategic direction, managing a team of community designers, and diving deep into the operational trenches.

    I helped shape programming to boost member experience and engagement, and set up internal systems (including a full CRM buildout).

    It was a pressure-tested lesson in aligning vision with execution, and learning — often from some of the most thoughtful, quietly brilliant people — when to lead, when to listen, and when to ask better questions.

    Working across Eastern and Pacific hours from India taught me two things: clarity matters, and coffee isn’t optional.

    More than anything, it helped me realize the kind of builder (and human) I want to be. I didn’t always get it right. But I kept showing up, and I grew.

    I’m still learning to walk the done > perfect tightrope. But hey, the Airtable’s clean — and that’s a start.

Reasons for Being (& Building)

I’ve always been drawn to the moment before something exists - the spark, the draft, the what-if. But what really drives me is what comes next: the practical mechanics that turn early motion into something that lasts.

I build to help people move faster, think sharper, and stretch what feels possible. Whether it’s a company, a community, or the flywheel underneath, I ask one question: Does this unlock movement and possibility?

The ideas I repeatedly return to — access, community, and high-agency environments — aren’t just theory. They’re core to the operating system, and the backbone of how momentum gets built. They're what keep me in the game.

That’s the philosophy. Now here’s the machinery.

Engines of Momentum

Momentum isn’t accidental. It’s engineered.

The most impactful companies, ideas, and movements are powered by systems designed for speed, clarity, and sustained progress.

I call these Engines of Momentum: the structures that help people move fast, adapt in real time, and push boundaries with intent.

In my experience building accelerators, growing founder ecosystems, and studying how high-agency people operate, one insight keeps surfacing: The right mix of people, resources, and shared purpose generates exponential value.

The most powerful Engine of Momentum? Access.

Access to capital, networks, and opportunity is what turns ambition into traction. I’ve spent the past five years bridging the gap between founders and the resources they need, whether that’s funding, partnerships, or the right introduction at the right time.

But access alone doesn’t build conviction or keep people moving. That takes trust, context, and the right people in your corner.

Community as a Force Multiplier

The best ideas don’t happen in isolation. They emerge from conversation, collision, and co-creation.

A strong community isn’t just a network — it’s a force multiplier that accelerates progress through the right relationships, shared context, and support structures that keep people moving when things get hard.

Seeing a founder find the right teammate or get their first investor check in a room I helped build? Still my favorite kind of win.

Well…except maybe eight hours of sleep and hitting inbox zero on the same day. (A true unicorn moment.)

  • My first real brush with the concept of "Belief Capital" - standing on stage at the U.N. Youth Assembly, pitching an idea born from passion (plus fair amount of sleep deprivation), and walking away with an unexpected but very welcome Impact Challenge win.

    Lesson learned: an audacious pitch, a little audacity, and the right mix of conviction and caffeine can open doors you didn't even know existed. August 2018.

  • The pandemic shut most doors but opportunity still had WiFi. Just me, my keyboard, an unreasonably bold cold email.

    In a world on pause, I took the leap — and SheWorx said yes. Moral of the story? Hit send.
